Consumer dispute resolution

The provider employed no employees on 31 December 2025 and is therefore exempt from the general disclosure obligation under § 36(3) VSBG. The provider is not willing to participate voluntarily in consumer dispute resolution and is not otherwise obliged to do so. Any information duties that apply to a specific unresolved consumer dispute remain unaffected.
